Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that search tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms apply to data it receives.
A message sent by email or through a contact method may include a name, reply address, and whatever the sender chooses to write. That information is kept as needed to answer the message and is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

- Receive a copy of personal data held by this site
- Correct inaccurate submitted information
- Delete information that no longer must be retained
- Opt out of certain processing where that choice applies
Florida's Public Records Act, Chapter 119, governs records held by public agencies. Requests involving a sheriff, court, jail, or corrections record must go to that agency, because this private site cannot change government files.
Changes to This Notice
This notice may be revised as services or legal requirements change. A revised version takes effect when posted here with its new effective date.
